Description

You will lead a team of Java and Spring Boot developers in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Security.
• Manage team workloads, delegate tasks, and provide regular feedback to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Implement and manage Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD of applications and infrastructure.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure application reliability.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of total experience with at least 5 years as a Java and Spring Boot Developer.
• 3+ years of experience in team handling and leadership roles.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Security.
• Solid understanding of Azure services including Azure DevOps, ARM, AKS, and Azure App Service.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and Jenkins.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deep familiarity with relational databases, specifically MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Certifications in Java, Spring Boot, or related technologies.
