Description

Lead technical execution and development for enterprise-scale applications using an onshore-offshore model.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering efforts to design, launch, and maintain new features.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure code integrity, organization, and application responsiveness.
• Implement security, data protection, and modern authorization mechanisms like JSON Web Tokens.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and produce technical documentation for complex systems.
• Automate software delivery through CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience, including at least 7.5 years in a technical or team lead role.
• Full stack development expertise in React.js, Redux, Workflow, and Node.js.
• Deep proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation, the object model, and object-oriented design.
• 2+ years of experience with event-driven architecture using SQS/SNS and microservice patterns.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience working within Cloud environments and using GitHub for version control.
• Proficiency with unit testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine.
• Solid understanding of Agile SDLC methodologies and database management.
