Description

Responsibilities include:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom ServiceNow applications using App Engine and platform best practices.

Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to ServiceNow development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and clients to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Design and support integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using APIs, web services, MID Servers, ETL tools, and iPaaS platforms.

Ensure adherence to development standards, perform code reviews, and resolve complex technical challenges and platform issues.

Create and maintain technical documentation, support platform upgrades, and recommend innovative out-of-the-box ServiceNow solutions.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.

8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, architecture, and technical leadership roles.

Strong expertise in ServiceNow Finance & Accounting Operations (FAO) and/or Procurement Service Management is required.

Hands-on experience designing custom applications, integrations, and enterprise solutions within the ServiceNow platform
