Description

You will lead technical requirement definition and data mapping for banking and credit card applications.

Responsibilities

• Design data and source mapping scenarios in collaboration with system owners and business architects.
• Document comprehensive requirements on Confluence, including current state analysis, process flows, data flow diagrams, and source-to-target mapping.
• Manage Jira tickets by defining technical requirements, acceptance criteria, and linking documentation.
• Organize workshops to identify data gaps and track action items.
• Coordinate with conversion testing and QA teams to review test cycle dashboards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• Experience in Credit Card, Commercial, Retail, or Wealth banking domains.
• Knowledge of banking regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with product owners and development teams using Azure.
• Proficiency in Agile Scrum processes, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Ability to define data models and contribute to Data Governance artifacts like PIA and PDA.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Experience with data profiling and source query documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience in the Credit Card domain.
