Description

You will own the Moveworks platform end-to-end as a hands-on technical leader.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of the Moveworks platform.
• Own operational support, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Define and enforce governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Guide integrations with enterprise systems (ITSM, HR, IAM, etc.).
• Provide technical leadership, documentation, and best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Moveworks platform.
• Experience leading enterprise chatbot or automation implementations.
• Solid understanding of ITSM, workflows, APIs, and integrations.
• Experience in platform operations and governance models.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, contract-based role.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
