Description

Lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable applications while mentoring developers and driving technical strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable backend and frontend systems using Node.js, Python (FastAPI), ReactJS, or AngularJS.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices for code quality and performance.
• Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, remove technical blockers, and maintain architecture documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement in the release pipeline and contribute to hiring efforts.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development with at least 1 year in a technical lead capacity.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and Python (FastAPI) for backend development.
• Hands-on experience with ReactJS or AngularJS for frontend development.
• Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases.
• Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Any Graduate degree.
