Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of reliable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and the Spring Framework.
• Define microservices architecture, service boundaries, integration patterns, and technical implementation standards.
• Review designs and code, resolve complex engineering issues, and provide technical direction to development teams.
• Drive API development, service integrations, debugging, and application reliability across the backend platform.
• Coordinate technical delivery with product and engineering stakeholders while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.

Skills Required:

• 8-12 years of relevant software engineering experience, including technical leadership responsibilities.
• Strong hands-on programming experience with Core Java and modern Java application development.
• Deep experience with Spring Boot and the Spring Framework for enterprise backend applications.
• Proven experience designing and delivering microservices-based systems.
• Strong understanding of backend architecture, API integration, scalability, code quality, and production readiness.

Good to Have:

• Experience with SQL, REST, Apache Kafka, and Docker.

Education: B.Tech or B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline
