Description

Lead technical delivery and coordinate onshore teams to meet project requirements.

You will own the release pipeline and client communications while executing technical tasks in an Agile/Scrum framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technical teams of 4-5 or more members.
• Manage onshore coordination and client communications.
• Interact directly with end-users to define and refine requirements.
• Execute technical tasks within an Agile/Scrum framework.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT.
• 6 months of hands-on experience with Informatica Data Transformation (v9x).
• Proficiency in XML and JSON.
• Experience with version management tools such as SVN or GitLab.
• Practical experience working in Scrum environments.
• Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions.
• Ability to manage and direct small to medium-sized technical teams.
