Description

Lead the architecture, development, and maintenance of nCino and Salesforce environments to support banking operations and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects and deliver comprehensive solution designs for the nCino and Salesforce ecosystem.
• Create and implement design proposals using deep knowledge of Salesforce and nCino architecture.
• Partner with IT to engineer and document data integrations between Salesforce, nCino, and Informatica.
• Mentor junior developers through peer code reviews and solution design consulting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps and methodologies for the nCino platform.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership or architecture roles.
• Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce programmatic solutions including Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning.
• Proficiency in declarative configurations such as Workflows and Process Builder.
• Outstanding working knowledge of nCino features and capabilities.
• Expertise in SOQL, SOSL, Database Triggers, and Data Flow.
• Strong skills in Technical Solution Design.
• Experience with CSS and Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of Informatica environments and data integration patterns.
