Description

You will lead the Real-Time Communication Team in transitioning from a tech-enabled service to a scalable tech product hub.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development and drive the transformation of service models into scalable products.
• Own full-stack development using Microsoft technologies, including REST APIs.
• Manage technical requirements, implementation strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Apply TDD/BDD practices and utilize mocking frameworks for testing.
• Collaborate with global multicultural teams and manage backlogs in Jira.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Expertise in C# and .NET Core.
• Proficiency with ASP.NET MVC and REST APIs.
• Experience with SQL Server (2008–2016) and T-SQL, including stored procedures.
• Hands-on work with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Redis, or ElasticSearch.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to frontend frameworks including Angular, React, Blazor, jQuery, or Bootstrap.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RabbitMQ, AWS, or Azure.
• Knowledge of containerization and cloud computing.
