Description

You will lead the technical delivery of enterprise-grade applications using .NET and React JS, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery, solution design, and architecture for web applications.
• Design and build scalable frontend interfaces using React JS, TypeScript, and HTML5/CSS3.
• Develop backend services and RESTful APIs using C#, ASP.NET Core, and Microservices Architecture.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards across onsite and offshore teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and support CI/CD implementation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years in a Technical Lead or Senior role.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and Entity Framework Core.
• Hands-on experience with React JS, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with SQL Server and database design/optimization.
• Understanding of Microservices Architecture, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage customer-facing relationships and offshore team coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Banking domain.
• Azure Developer Associate or AWS Certification.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot.
