Description

Lead production support operations for client systems, ensuring stability and rapid incident resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to ensure efficient incident resolution and system stability.
• Oversee timely resolution of production incidents and coordinate root cause analysis.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize complex technical issues within .NET applications.
• Implement monitoring tools to proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with development teams on change management and feature releases.

Required Skills

• 7–12 years of experience in production support roles.
• Proven experience in L2/L3 level support and ITIL/ITSM processes.
• Previous experience in leadership or team management.
• Technical proficiency in .NET technologies and SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with Angular JS.
• Proficiency with monitoring and logging tools such as Application Insights or ELK Stack.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with .NET Core and PowerShell scripting.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Background in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles.
