Description

You own the technical leadership for network security operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3/L4 escalation support for complex network and security incidents across enterprise environments.
• Lead troubleshooting bridges during major incidents and document root cause analysis.
• Review and approve firewall, VPN, and network security configuration changes for enterprise systems.
• Manage and support enterprise firewall environments including Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, and Fortinet platforms.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for network stability and overall security posture enhancement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of senior-level experience in network security operations and architecture guidance.
• Expert knowledge of Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, and Fortinet platforms.
• Proficiency with VPN Technologies, including IPSec and SSL VPN implementation.
• Strong command of routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
• Experience with SD-WAN and Data Center Networking concepts.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes for change management and incident handling.
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot NAT, ACLs, and IDS/IPS security implementations.
