Description

You will lead network analysis, manage complex infrastructure projects, and guide technical teams. You own the troubleshooting and maintenance of firewalls, routing, and switching protocols while executing medium to large IT rollout projects involving network expansions.

Responsibilities

• Lead network analysis and drive resolution for complex technical issues.
• Manage ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem management.
• Oversee network monitoring and management using enterprise tools.
• Manage forward and reverse proxy environments (F5, KEMP, Citrix, A10, or Bluecoat).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering and team leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ASA, FTD, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, and FortiGate firewalls.
• Proficiency with Cisco IOS, IOS-XE, and Nexus OS.
• Strong knowledge of switching protocols including STP, VTP, Ether-channel, and VPC.
• Expertise in routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP.
• Experience managing Site-to-Site and SSL VPN technologies.
• Proficiency with ticketing tools like ServiceNow or BMC Remedy.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, CA Spectrum, or Syslog.
• Deep understanding of the OSI reference model and TCP/UDP/IP protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SD-WAN and SDN solutions including Cisco SD-WAN, Silver Peak, FortiGate SD-WAN, or Cisco ACI.
