Description

You will lead network analysis, manage complex infrastructure projects, and guide technical teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead network analysis and drive resolution for complex technical issues.
• Manage ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem management.
• Own troubleshooting and maintenance of firewalls, routing, and switching protocols.
• Execute medium to large IT rollout projects involving network expansions.
• Oversee network monitoring and manage forward/reverse proxy environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering and team leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ASA, FTD, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, and FortiGate firewalls.
• Proficiency with Cisco IOS, IOS-XE, and Nexus OS.
• Strong knowledge of switching protocols: STP, VTP, Ether-channel, and VPC.
• Expertise in routing protocols: EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP.
• Experience managing Site-to-Site and SSL VPN technologies.
• Proficiency with ticketing tools like ServiceNow or BMC Remedy.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, CA Spectrum, or Syslog.
• Deep understanding of the OSI reference model and TCP/UDP/IP protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SD-WAN and SDN solutions including Cisco SD-WAN, Silver Peak, FortiGate SD-WAN, or Cisco ACI.
