Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Lead solution design, development, and implementation for ServiceNow projects
✔️ Own technical architecture for scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions
✔️ Drive hands-on development and configuration across:
• Workplace Service Delivery (WSD)
• ServiceNow Core Platform
• Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
• Field Service Management (FSM)
• Source-to-Pay Operations
• Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
✔️ Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs & MID Server
✔️ Conduct technical reviews, code reviews, and platform optimization
✔️ Mentor ServiceNow developers and junior engineers
✔️ Support UAT, deployment, and post-production stabilization
✔️ Collaborate with PMs, Architects, Business Analysts, and stakeholders
🔹 Required Qualifications:
✅ 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
✅ Proven technical leadership on enterprise-scale ServiceNow projects
✅ Strong expertise in CMDB, Flow Designer, JavaScript scripting, workflows, and security model
✅ Experience with ServiceNow integrations & data migration
✅ Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience
✅ Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
🔹 Preferred Certifications:
⭐ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
⭐ Certified Application Developer (CAD)
⭐ Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
⭐ Experience with Performance Analytics & Reporting
