Description

You will lead solution design, development, and implementation for ServiceNow projects, owning the technical architecture for scalable and secure solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive hands-on development and configuration across ServiceNow Core Platform, Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), and Field Service Management (FSM).
• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
• Conduct technical and code reviews to ensure platform optimization and quality.
• Mentor ServiceNow developers and junior engineers on best practices.
• Support UAT, deployment, and post-production stabilization efforts.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Proven technical leadership on enterprise-scale ServiceNow projects.
• Strong expertise in CMDB, Flow Designer, JavaScript scripting, workflows, and the ServiceNow security model.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and data migration.
• Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with PMs, Architects, and Business Analysts.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Experience with Performance Analytics & Reporting.
