Description

You will lead small to mid-sized engineering teams in designing and developing financial services applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams and integrate diverse perspectives to improve engineering outcomes.
• Design and develop Java or Python applications within the AWS development stack.
• Implement authentication and authorization enforcement in Java services.
• Drive development using agile methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD).

Required Skills

• 3-7 years of hands-on experience with Java, Springboot, Python, Node.js, React, or Angular.
• 3-5 years of experience leading small to mid-sized engineering teams.
• Experience developing applications in AWS using ECS and containers.
• Proficiency with GitHub, Kong, or APIGEE.
• Experience building financial services applications.
• Strong understanding of authentication and authorization enforcement.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to translate sophisticated technical solutions for broad audiences and stakeholders.
