Description

Lead quality engineering for Generative AI systems in the EDM GENAI project.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for unit, component, and multi-component testing.
• Automate testing processes to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
• Integrate LLM automation tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Track and resolve technical issues throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Liaise with global teams to ensure AI systems meet project requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and LLM automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python, Core Java, or similar programming languages.
• Strong expertise in Selenium, JUnit, Gherkin, and JMeter.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Vector databases (Redis) or managing large datasets.
• Knowledge of NLP concepts and techniques.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Jenkins and Git.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of cloud-based application architecture.
• Experience in the Financial Services Industry.
• Familiarity with Graph or Network Theory, Graph ML, Deep Graph Learning (DGL), NER, or Levenshtein Distance.
