Description

Lead a team of developers to design, configure, and implement complex business rules and workflows within the OneShield platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers and analysts to deliver mid-to-large scale projects.
• Coordinate with business users and analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions and POCs.
• Configure and develop OneShield Dragon designer components, including Object relationships, Data Marts, Workflow, Transformation, and DAP.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide workarounds for critical requirements.
• Oversee task allocation, daily communication, and status reporting between onsite and offshore teams.

Required Skills

• 7-12 years of overall professional experience.
• At least 5 years of OneShield OS PAS implementation, solution design, and configuration experience.
• Hands-on experience with OneShield Dragon designer components and metadata.
• Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and Java.
• Expertise in configuring OS PAS Transactions, DAP, and product configuration for multiple LOBs.
• Deep understanding of the SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in requirement analysis, detailed design, and implementation.

Preferred Skills

• Insurance domain knowledge, specifically in Billing and Claims.
• Experience with system integration, data migration, and APIs.
• Understanding of cloud native development and middleware tools like MuleSoft, ESB, or API Gateways.
