Description

You will lead technical efforts for platform stability, high availability, and issue resolution across hosted applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain platform stability and ensure high availability of services.
• Resolve platform and application issues impacting service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical support.
• Facilitate communication between offshore teams and customers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in platform engineering or DevOps.
• Proficiency in Agile tools, specifically Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with ITSM processes.
• Working knowledge of Linux environments.
• Familiarity with Ansible for automation.
• Experience with Kafka messaging systems.
• Experience with Splunk for monitoring and ServiceNow for ITSM.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced beginner level in Ansible and Linux Operations.
• Basic knowledge of Kafka architecture.
