You will lead the technical implementation and project management for finnOne CAS retail lending systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation of changes within the existing architecture.
• Conduct impact analysis and provide techno-functional solutions as a subject matter expert.
• Manage project planning, timelines, and budgets for CAS retail lending.
• Direct system testing phases including SIT, Performance, Integration, and UAT support.
• Write clear technical requirements and BRDs to assist programmers during development.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in development or project management.
• Hands-on expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and debugging database functions or procedures.
• Deep techno-functional knowledge of finnOne CAS and finnOne architecture.
• Experience with APIs and understanding Java code integration.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Scrum.
• Experience using Jira for tracking.
• Knowledge of application servers such as WAS or Weblogic.

Preferred Skills

• Experience acting as a Scrum Master.
