Description

Lead data engineering initiatives using Azure Data Factory and related services. Own the design and implementation of ETL processes, data integration, and warehousing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Data Lake.
• Implement ETL processes and ensure data integrity across integration platforms.
• Apply data modelling, architecture, and governance principles to support business requirements.
• Develop and optimize data solutions using SQL, Python, and/or C#.
• Establish and manage DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines for data deployments.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 years of experience in data engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Azure Data Factory.
• Experience with Azure SQL Database and Azure Data Lake.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or C#.
• Knowledge of ETL processes, data integration, and data warehousing.
• Familiarity with data modelling, architecture, and governance.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other data integration tools such as SSIS or Datastage.
