Description

You will lead the technical direction for end-to-end CCM application development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end CCM applications.
• Integrate output queues for printing and electronic channels.
• Translate customer requirements into finalized input file structures.
• Design and plan business and technical documentation.
• Write unit test cases for SIT and UAT phases.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in document lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in Java, Shell Script, Cobol, or .NET.
• Hands-on experience with Unix environments.
• Proven ability in direct customer communication.
• Experience with GhostDraft.
• Strong debugging and error-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex integration architectures.
