Description

You will lead technical delivery for platform implementation and migration projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate client technical requirements into detailed design and development plans.
• Oversee platform development, customization, and integration with existing systems.
• Manage troubleshooting, debugging, and technical issue resolution during migrations.
• Ensure seamless data migration, platform configuration, and testing across environments.
• Mentor technical teams through the implementation lifecycle and ensure adherence to standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership roles.
• Hands-on expertise with COBOL.
• Proficiency with OmniScript.
• Experience writing and managing Shell Scripts.
• Strong knowledge of platform architecture and integration processes.
• Proven ability to manage technical teams and deliver complex projects.
• Ability to manage data migration and system customization.
• Experience working with financial or insurance clients.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of FIS OMNI platform.
• Domain experience in retirement services, annuities, or group benefits.
