Description

You will lead offshore development teams to deliver high-quality software within an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore developer teams to meet daily deliverables and manage technical activities across database, development, and operations teams.
• Create high-level design documents and review team-generated low-level designs.
• Manage major technical incidents for critical, customer-facing applications.
• Collaborate with product owners to translate business requirements into technical solution options.
• Partner with security teams to ensure application compliance and reduce technical debt.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level application development.
• Core Java, Groovy, J2EE, JSP, JavaScript, Spring MVC, and REST.
• Experience with RDBMS, NoSQL, and Graph databases.
• Proficiency with Weblogic, JBoss, Tomcat, and Apache web servers, including clustered environments.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, Ansible, Ansible Tower, Go, and Jenkins for CI/CD.
• Experience using SonarQube and Fortify for code quality and security.
• Knowledge of XML technologies, ORM frameworks, JMS, and Publish/Subscribe models.
• Experience with web content management platforms (CMS).
• Ability to interface with executive-level management and deliver senior-level presentations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience migrating applications from on-premise data centers to AWS.
• Knowledge of AWS toolsets for application modernization.
