Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead to drive end-to-end development, guide engineering teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products. If you’re a strong leader with solid architectural expertise and hands-on proficiency across backend, frontend, and cloud platforms—this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable applications.
Mentor and guide developers; provide technical direction and performance feedback.
Ensure timely and quality delivery by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot complex issues and help remove technical blockers.
Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and standards.
Work closely with Product & Delivery teams to convert business needs into technical solutions.
Contribute to technology strategy, project planning, and hiring efforts.
Technical Skills Required
Backend: Node.js, Python (FastAPI)
Frontend: ReactJS or AngularJS
Database: MongoDB, PostgreSQL
Cloud Platforms: AWS / GCP / Azure
Good to Have: RESTful APIs, Microservices, CI/CD, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
