Description

You will lead application development efforts using Java and Spring ecosystems, ensuring robust system design and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and IT planning for complex applications.
• Monitor and control all development phases, including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
• Analyze complex problems, evaluate business processes, and recommend advanced programming solutions.
• Define operating standards and processes for the development team while serving as a technical advisor and coach.
• Collaborate with global teams and clients to achieve project objectives and assess risks during business decisions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of programming experience in Java/JEE, multithreading, and Spring/Spring Batch.
• Experience in Enterprise Application Development using Java and Spring Framework.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and SQL.
• Proficiency in Unix environment and systems analysis.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle unexpected changes.
• Well-versed with Agile process methodologies and project management techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Python programming language.
• Experience with AI Tools and data analysis.
