Description

You will lead end-to-end software development, guiding engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality products.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable applications using Node.js and Python (FastAPI).
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Drive technology strategy, project planning, and hiring efforts.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and remove technical blockers to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in Node.js and Python (FastAPI) for backend systems.
• Experience with frontend frameworks: ReactJS or AngularJS.
• Solid knowledge of databases: MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure tools like Terraform.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Proven track record in technical leadership and people management.
