Description

You will lead application development and system architecture for complex Java-based solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable systems using Core Java, Java EE, and Spring frameworks.
• Conduct feasibility studies, time estimates, and IT planning for new projects.
• Analyze complex business problems and provide technical evaluation of processes.
• Define operating standards, security measures, and best practices for the development lifecycle.
• Coach junior analysts and provide technical guidance to the team as a subject matter expert.

Required Skills

• 9-12 years of experience in applications development and programming.
• Expertise in Core Java, Java EE, Spring, Spring Batch, and Spring MVC.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle databases and SQL.
• Proficiency in System Architecture and Design Patterns.
• Hands-on experience with JUnit for testing and Git for version control.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Ignite) and distributed systems.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Knowledge of Python, Mockito, or agentic AI tools.
