Own the architecture and implementation of enterprise-grade, AI-native software development lifecycle solutions for diverse clients.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Write production-grade code and build custom internal AI developer tools and reusable components.
• Architect scalable, secure systems across AWS, Azure, and Vercel, embedding compliance and security guardrails.
• Design and deploy agentic workflows for autonomous code review, testing, and legacy refactoring.
• Integrate AI-assisted coding tools, prompt engineering frameworks, and RAG workflows into client environments.
• Advise CTOs and engineering stakeholders on AI maturity, SDLC strategy, and DevEx optimization.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software engineering and architecture experience.
• 2+ years in technology consulting or client-facing professional services.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, Java, Node.js, React, Next.js, and Angular.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (Bedrock) and Azure (OpenAI Service).
• Deep understanding of LLM frameworks, vector databases, RAG, and fine-tuning patterns.
• Mastery of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot and prompt engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
