Description

Lead the architecture and delivery of scalable Python applications and machine learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define technical strategy, standards, and best practices for Python development.
• Architect scalable applications and enforce design pattern adherence.
• Mentor engineers, manage workload distribution, and prioritize tasks.
• Direct project planning, estimation, and execution using Agile/Scrum.
• Implement automated testing, CI/CD, and maintain code quality through reviews.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience with a focus on Python.
• Proven technical leadership experience managing successful projects.
• Deep expertise in Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Proficiency with machine learning libraries including TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Ability to implement automated testing and continuous integration workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with frontend technologies including HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
