Description

Lead technical delivery and offshore coordination for RPGLE and Synon projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the offshore team to clarify requirements and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with onsite Customer Technical Leads and Delivery Managers on project development activities.
• Review, create, and approve technical artifacts including Design Documents, Test Plans, and Test Results.
• Provide QA and regression support throughout the development lifecycle.
• Support pre-deployment and production deployment activities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in RPGLE, CLLE, and SQLRPGLE.
• Hands-on experience with Synon and RxClaim environments.
• Proven ability to manage offshore coordination and requirement clarification.
• Experience writing and reviewing design documents and test plans.
• Strong understanding of QA, regression testing, and deployment processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
