You will lead the technical direction for high-throughput backend systems and engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture decisions within AWS environments.
• Design and implement solutions using microservices and REST APIs.
• Provide technical direction and lead engineering teams.
• Integrate GenAI/LLMs or work with AI infrastructure components.
• Debug, profile, and tune system performance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on expertise in Ruby on Rails.
• Proficiency in Angular and Node.js for backend systems.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs.
• Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB.
• Knowledge of distributed caching and message queuing mechanisms.
• Familiarity with security best practices, including OWASP.
