Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams in design and development efforts.
• Analyze and design complex IT systems.
• Implement and manage data synchronization and ETL solutions.
• Perform performance tuning on database systems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in IT systems alignment.
• 5+ years leading technical teams.
• 6+ years in system analysis, design, and development.
• 5+ years experience with Oracle DB, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• 5+ years experience with performance tuning.
• 3+ years experience with data synchronization and ETL solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT/Engineering.
