Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams through the software development lifecycle.
• Align IT systems with defined business goals.
• Design and tune Oracle database solutions.
• Implement data synchronization and ETL processes.
• Develop and manage data models.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in IT systems alignment and software development lifecycle.
• 5+ years in a lead role managing technical teams.
• Expertise in Oracle databases, including SQL and PL/SQL.
• Strong skills in design and tuning.
• Experience with ETL and data modeling.
• Any Graduate education.
