Description

You will lead development and maintenance efforts for one or more products while managing technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of applications and products.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs and detailed specifications.
• Create and execute development plans, revising them as requirements change.
• Facilitate code reviews and mentor junior developers using software engineering best practices.
• Conceptualize software solutions and provide application-level architecture designs.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of application development experience designing highly scalable and available systems.
• 6-8 years of experience architecting and developing web-based transactional applications using Java.
• 3-5 years of experience building web services and cloud applications using Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong expertise in Microservices, Web Services, and RESTful Web Service Design.
• Experience with Angular JS (Controller, Services, Routing).
• Experience with Spring Data.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS enabled solutions and securing end-to-end distributed systems.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies and Continuous Delivery concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Spring Cloud, Spring Boot, Docker, Pivotal CF, or Maven/Git.
• Experience with HTML5, Mobile platforms, or Bootstrap.
