Description

Lead DevOps strategy and execution for multiple Salesforce functional teams, focusing on deployment automation, security, and development standards.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end DevOps lifecycle, including build, deploy, release management, and monitoring.
• Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, and quality gates using Copado and GitHub.
• Define and enforce Salesforce development standards, architectural guidelines, and environment controls.
• Oversee platform hygiene by managing code reviews, test coverage, and documentation.
• Onboard new developers regarding access provisioning, development standards, and team workflows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Sales Cloud.
• 8 years of experience with Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on experience with Copado and GitHub.
• Expertise in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks using Jira.
• Proven ability to manage release governance and permission sets.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Application Architect certifications.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or Bitbucket.
