Description

You will lead technical design and implementation for patient data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end data flows between platforms like Salesforce Health Cloud and AWS, establishing a single source of truth for patient data.
• Develop Agentic AI solutions to process real-time data from the Data Lake, delivering proactive patient and case manager nudges.
• Analyze complex datasets and troubleshoot issues to optimize data workflows.
• Ensure all digital solutions comply with Pharma-specific regulations, including HIPAA and regional privacy laws.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership.
• Expertise with Salesforce Health Cloud and/or other Patient CRM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Web Services (Lambda, Glue, S3, Athena).
• Experience developing custom AI Agents using AWS Bedrock.
• Proficiency in handling Real-time data processing.
• Familiarity with Data Governance practices in regulated industries.
• Experience with HIPAA compliance.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Patient Engagement tools in Pharma Commercial domain.
