Description

You will lead end-to-end delivery of critical enterprise application projects, providing technical direction for Oracle ERP, Salesforce CRM, and full-stack development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive project lifecycle management, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery using data-driven metrics like velocity and cycle time.
• Provide architectural oversight for Oracle Fusion Cloud and Salesforce implementations, ensuring scalability and adherence to enterprise standards.
• Design and manage integration layers via APIs and middleware to connect legacy systems with modern cloud applications.
• Act as the Agile subject matter expert, configuring Jira workflows, managing backlogs, and leading sprint ceremonies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, resolve technical impediments, and communicate roadmaps to executive leadership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise application delivery, specifically with Oracle Fusion ERP and Salesforce CRM.
• Deep expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) with hands-on experience configuring complex Jira boards.
• Strong background in full-stack development and understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to manage integration layers using APIs, middleware, or iPaaS.
• Thorough understanding of SDLC, product engineering, and resource allocation.
• Experience leading major projects involving software development and cloud infrastructure.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with latest QA automation tools and current AI technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle PaaS tools.
