Description

Lead technical design and implementation for patient data platforms, establishing a single source of truth across Salesforce Health Cloud and AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end data flows between Salesforce Health Cloud and AWS to unify patient data.
• Develop Agentic AI solutions using AWS Bedrock to process real-time Data Lake data for proactive patient nudges.
• Analyze complex datasets and troubleshoot issues to optimize data workflows.
• Ensure digital solutions comply with Pharma-specific regulations, including HIPAA and regional privacy laws.
• Implement data governance practices for regulated industries.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership.
• Expertise with Salesforce Health Cloud or other Patient CRM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Web Services, specifically Lambda, Glue, S3, and Athena.
• Experience developing custom AI Agents using AWS Bedrock.
• Proficiency in handling real-time data processing.
• Familiarity with data governance practices in regulated industries.
• Proven experience with HIPAA compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Patient Engagement tools in the Pharma Commercial domain.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
