Description

You will lead integration development and architecture for Workday environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor integration developers, conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices.
• Architect end-to-end integration solutions using Workday Studio with strict error handling and data security standards.
• Manage and optimize Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST) and complex XSLT transformations.
• Oversee the full SDLC for integration projects, from requirements gathering through deployment and post-production support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership.
• Deep expertise in Workday Studio, PECI, WECI, Core Connectors, and Document Transformation.
• Strong proficiency in managing SOAP and REST APIs.
• Ability to architect complex integration solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Workday Integration or Studio Certification.
