Description

You will lead the design and development of cloud native microservices for Portworx products.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop cloud native microservices and integrate new features into Portworx products.
• Take full ownership of design and development, adapting to customer feedback and resolving issues across testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to move solutions from initial design through to production.
• Conduct design, development, unit/functional testing, code reviews, and documentation.
• Experiment with new technologies to advance the state-of-the-art in solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and testing enterprise products.
• Proficiency in Golang.
• Strong understanding of Microservice Architectures and Cloud Native platforms.
• Experience designing and owning microservices for distributed systems scaling to thousands of nodes.
• Expert debugging skills, capable of navigating ambiguous problems at scale in public/private cloud environments.
• Solid CS background in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, from product management to customer beta partners.
