Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end technical development across SAP and non-SAP platforms, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Design and develop SAP ABAP programs, enhancements, reports, Smart Forms, BAPIs, and IDOC-based interfaces.
• Build and integrate REST/SOAP APIs and microservices for seamless data exchange between enterprise systems.
• Oversee integration between SAP, ERP, CRM, and third-party applications ensuring security, compliance, and documentation standards.
• Ensure high code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to development best practices.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams using modern tools for deployment, version control, and automation.
• Mentor junior developers and guide technical teams in delivery and problem-solving.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

Experience:

• 6 - 10 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and enterprise application integration.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP, OOPS ABAP, IDOCs, BAPIs, and Smart Forms.
• Experience in designing and implementing APIs (REST/SOAP) and system integrations.
• Exposure to modern programming languages such as .NET, Java, Python, and JavaScript frameworks is preferred.
• Experience working in SAP implementation and support projects.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and enterprise development lifecycle.
