Description

You will lead Guidewire architecture and backend development efforts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Guidewire architecture and configuration.
• Develop backend logic and manage API integrations.
• Execute data modeling and database design tasks.
• Coordinate work within an onshore-offshore delivery model.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional software development experience.
• Guidewire PolicyCenter expertise with ACE or Associate certification.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with data modeling and database design.
• Proven ability to manage API integrations.
• Experience working in onshore-offshore development models.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Technical leadership experience in distributed teams.
