Description

You will lead a team of 8-10 developers and testers focusing on ServiceNow SecOps development.

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical team of developers and testers through the development lifecycle.
• Design and develop OOTB and custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Own requirement gathering sessions by collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Support and maintain all technical aspects of the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage integrations involving AD, MID Server, and third-party tools.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience specifically in SecOps.
• Proven experience leading a team in a technical capacity.
• Expertise in two or more ServiceNow solutions: SecOps, GRC/IRM, ITSM, or CMDB.
• Experience with Scoped Applications, Service Portal, and the Now mobile app.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, AngularJS, jQuery, and Jelly Script.
• Strong knowledge of Server Side scripting and Web Services (SOAP, REST).
• Understanding of domain separation.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) credentials.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL Certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
