Description

Lead technical implementation and maintenance across BI and data platforms, focusing on performance, scalability, and operational stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain PowerBI, Tableau, and SAP Business Objects.
• Design, develop, and implement operational reports, scorecards, and executive dashboards in Tableau.
• Write PowerShell or Python scripts for user onboarding and system health monitoring.
• Manage patching, change management, metadata management, and cluster operations.
• Communicate status updates and technical findings to stakeholders and executive sponsors.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on administration experience with Tableau, PowerBI, and SAP Business Objects.
• 2+ years experience utilizing ETL tools and SQL scripting.
• Strong SQL skills for detailed data debugging.
• 1+ years of scripting experience in PowerShell, Python, Perl, or Bash.
• Proficiency in data integration to Snowflake and SQL Server for reporting.
• Experience in ad-hoc data analysis, solution design, and dashboard development.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts, batch processing, and workflow scheduling.
• Ability to manage and configure data gateways.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Background in ServiceNow implementation or maintenance.
