Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of data integration and analytics initiatives including planning, implementation, testing, and production stabilisation.
• Partner with business users, Product Owners, and QA teams to refine scope, test strategy, and drive release readiness.
• Facilitate design reviews, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder status discussions.
• Drive root-cause analysis and resolution of data quality, performance, and production-support issues.
• Promote coding standards, peer reviews, reusable design patterns, and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS)
• Microsoft SQL Server – advanced SQL, stored procedures, query optimisation, performance tuning
• IBM Netezza – enterprise data warehouse development and support
• Data integration patterns, dimensional modelling, batch processing, and data quality
• 3+ years leading technical teams and coordinating offshore delivery resources
• Agile/Scrum and structured SDLC environments
• Strong communication, leadership, planning, and stakeholder-management skills

Preferred Skills

• Databricks – data engineering, Delta Lake, lakehouse patterns, ETL modernisation
• Power BI – enterprise dashboards, semantic models, data refresh, reporting
• Cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
• CI/CD, DevOps, or DataOps practices
• Insurance industry experience, preferably Property & Casualty (P&C)
• Exposure to policy, claims, billing, underwriting, or regulatory reporting data
• Experience in regulated environments with awareness of audit, compliance, and data governance
