You will lead a team of technical developers focused on OutSystems architecture and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technical developers and provide direct technical guidance and support.
• Gather and analyze incidents to set priorities and delegate tasks to system analysts.
• Manage complex requirements and fixtures while ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Conduct scrum meetings with developers to monitor incident resolution progress.
• Collaborate with system analyst leads to track end-to-end incident resolution and SR implementation.
