You will lead a team of technical developers focused on OutSystems architecture and implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technical developers, providing direct technical guidance and support.
• Gather and analyze incidents to set priorities and delegate tasks to system analysts.
• Manage complex requirements while ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Conduct scrum meetings with developers to monitor incident resolution progress.
• Collaborate with system analyst leads to track end-to-end incident resolution and SR implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Deep expertise in OutSystems.
• Strong background in technology architecture and implementation.
• Advanced build management capabilities.
• Advanced configuration and release management skills.
• Advanced design and build enablement experience.
• Proven experience managing technical developer teams.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
